The Manager of Franchise Performance (MFP) acts as a liaison between Subway and franchise owners, ensuring brand integrity by leading, coaching, and measuring performance across assigned franchisees/restaurants. Responsibilities include assessing franchisee performance, developing strategic business plans, and guiding franchisees to maximize profitability and growth. The MFP reports to the Head of Franchise Performance in their region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluating assigned portfolio for opportunities.
- Conducting periodic business reviews to celebrate achievements and discuss future directives.
- Educating, motivating, and influencing franchisees to improve operations and profitability, including brand initiatives, local marketing, training, P&L review, and goal setting.
- Ensuring brand standards and initiatives are communicated and implemented throughout the portfolio.
- Building strong relationships with franchisees and team members through various communication channels.
Development and Support:
- Providing guidance on equipment and store design for new, relocated, or remodeled stores.
- Assisting with franchisee expansion and transition processes.
- Offering ongoing support and guidance on legal, leasing, and closure issues.
Self-Development:
- Participating in training programs and staying informed on new initiatives to effectively influence franchisees.
