About the role: We are searching for a Delivery & Digital Marketing Manager supporting our UKI business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies across our key digital sales channels and delivering best-in-class digital experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the UKI strategic relationship with our delivery partners (Just Eat, Deliveroo & Uber Eats)
  • Create and deploy best-in-class menus across digital sales channels
  • Manage marketing data to support SEO through external platforms such as Yext
  • Work with central 3PD team and analytics to develop a data-driven 3PD offers strategy
  • Work closely with digital operations to test and launch all digital menus across internal and external platforms, inclusive of asset creation
  • Create playbooks and sell in decks for FZEs to embed 3PD as a core platform by campaign
  • Support the wider marketing function on additional projects such as sports sponsorship and partner collaborations
  • Where needed support budget management, new vendor set up, store support inbox
  • Build relationships with the Franchisee community
  • Support EMEA region with best practice knowledge sharing
  • Support EMEA digital team with global projects impacting UKI

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in the (digital) marketing space – could include creative, product content, UX/UI creative production, or brand design.
  • Solid project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment.
  • Clear communicator who can translate strategy into actionable creative direction.
  • Good sense of digital design and content hierarchy.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with comfort managing many stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias for clarity and simplicity.
  • Ability to stay effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital marketing experience with understanding of delivery
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns end to end
