About the role:

We are searching for a DevOps Engineer to support our EMEA team. Initially this will be a 12 month fixed term contract, with the view to extend.

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and operational support of system integrations across the enterprise technology landscape. This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable integration of applications, platforms, and services to enable efficient business processes and data exchange.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement integration solutions that enable seamless interoperability between internal systems and external platforms
  • Translate business and technical requirements into robust integration architectures and interface specifications
  • Develop, configure, and maintain APIs, middleware services, and data transformation logic
  • Ensure integrations adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor integration performance and availability; proactively identify and resolve incidents and defects
  • Collaborate with application owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure, security, and vendor partners
  • Support system testing, release activities, and production deployments in accordance with change management processes
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, interfaces, and operational procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization, automation, and optimization of integration practices

Skills & Abilities:

  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise integration platforms or iPaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid integration scenarios
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, certificates, SSO)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and structured release management
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across distributed systems
