About The Role
The Assistant Manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store as the deputy to the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures and keeping the store clean. You will assist in the development and training of Sandwich Artists™ and ensuring customer satisfaction and team productivity. The Assistant Manager is responsible for demonstrating the principles in accordance with the franchise company and the Subway® brand. This role assists the Store Manager by creating and maintaining the Subway® experience for our customers and partners.
