As a Subway Team Leader, you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches, you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees. Working as a Team Leader is a challenging role but one that is highly rewarding. We are proud of our hard-working staff and offer a career path into managerial roles. We are looking for a team member to work 16-30 hours in our Lancaster University store, Lancaster. You must have weekend and midweek availability. Please also note that this is a year-round vacancy, NOT term time only.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Customer service, till use and store cleanliness
- Stock Control
- Coaching newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists™
- Opening and closing the store to a high standard
- Delivering brand excellence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills: Especially verbal and a winning attitude is required.
- Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerised Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
