Job Introduction
As a Subway Shift Supervisor / Team Leader, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring your team displays a winning smile, warmth and friendly attitude. You will motivate customers to get fresh, quality sandwiches quickly and efficiently. You will manage a shift in this busy team, using your initiative to make decisions and navigate a fast-paced food environment. You will supervise the team, directing them on your shift, actively managing customer satisfaction, product quality and overall store performance. You will be a flexible, reliable, motivated individual with previous shift management experience.
