Subway® franchise operator, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Sales Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales targets, and working in a fast-paced food retail environment.
Main Responsibilities
Promote Subway® products, meal deals, and in-store promotions to customers
Drive daily sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and POS systems
Upsell and cross-sell menu items, including combos, add-ons, and promotional offers
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in line with Subway® and company guidelines
Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and replenishment
Handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues efficiently
Comply with company policies, food safety procedures, and health & safety regulations
