The Role
We are looking for a Café Pizza Chef to join our team starting on a zero-hour contract, typically working 1–3 shifts per week.
This role involves both team and solo working, so the ability to confidently manage daily kitchen operations independently is essential.

Responsibilities
- Become proficient at preparing all menu items to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Prepare a wide variety of ingredients required for service
- Confidently manage service, prep, and portering
- Inventory management – including ordering and stock rotation
- Open and close the kitchen independently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a kitchen
- Strong knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques
- Availability for weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
