Location: Wapping, Docklands
Work Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days in office per week.

What we are looking for: We’re looking for an experienced Social Producer who loves film and TV. Someone who has experience working with the Hollywood studios, pitching and producing large scale film and entertainment campaigns for social and events. You live, breathe and love social media. This is a client‑facing role across multiple international markets and you will primarily manage the delivery of social and experiential content for key Entertainment clients such as The Walt Disney Company, Paramount+ and Paramount Pictures International. Working in collaboration with the UK Social Media Team and Creative Studio, you will be leading the selling of our ideas, making sure to motivate our creative studio of designers, motion designers and editors to produce high‑quality and engaging social creative and video content. To continually develop and enhance the quality of our work, our ethos is fuelled by a drive to succeed and desire to improve. Working across high value pre‑release theatrical film TV and streaming content, you will need to work within the constraints of high content security standards, which does place an emphasis on working from our office on a fairly regular basis. Ideally you will live within a reasonable commuting distance from the office in London.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
- Lead and manage key client accounts, building and maintaining long‑term relationships.
- Take client briefs and develop world‑class, integrated strategies and pitches.
- Oversee the planning, ideation, creation, and publication of digital and social content.
- Collaborate with Creatives, Project Managers and Social Media Managers to deliver effective, engaging campaigns.
- Ensure consistent content delivery aligned to the client's tone of voice and brand identity.
- Assign tasks and manage the workload of team members.
- Mentor and support junior staff with content publishing and editing.
- Optimise digital content to maximise reach, engagement and performance across platforms.
- Track and monitor project progress, prepare post‑campaign reports for internal and client review.
- Attend in‑person and online meetings, screenings, pitches, and networking events.
- Collaborate across teams to drive growth of both existing and new client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of organisation, time management, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Support the creative process by providing clear feedback, notes, and insights into asset design and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience as an Account Lead in a social‑first marketing agency.
- Significant experience in creative copywriting of marketing pitches.
- Significant experience in client relationship and account management.
- Deep understanding of the importance of audience, strategy and creative in a fast‑paced digital environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan content strategies tailored to different social platforms and algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of social media formats across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
- Experience in the entertainment industry, ideally from a creative or digital agency.
- Understanding of marketing production processes, including creative feedback, asset delivery, and commercial responsibilities.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite, project tracking tools, and cost management.
