Role Description In a client-facing role across multiple international markets, you will be primarily managing the delivery of social creative content for key Entertainment clients across Film, TV, and Gaming, but will also be supporting others in the Planning team to deliver campaigns for our and Healthcare and Renewable Energy clients, creating narrative social pieces in collaboration with the UK Social media team. Roles & Responsibilities Project & Campaign Delivery Coordinate the delivery of social and video assets from brief to execution and delivery Manage timelines, budgets, and resources Ensure output meets brand, platform, and quality standards Manage multiple projects concurrently Coordinating and supporting on pitch concept writing and ideation. Presenting internally and externally. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams Translate client needs into clear briefs Manage feedback and approval loops efficiently Address scope, risk, or resourcing issues proactively Creative & Studio Collaboration Work closely with creatives, editors, and designers Support production schedules and content delivery Keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the process Creative and Design Understanding: Keen eye for creative detail with a willingness to learn and provide feedback on assets. Interest in contributing fresh ideas to enhance projects. Social Media and Digital Technology Knowledge: Understanding of key social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc. Interest in emerging digital technologies and trends. Process & Operations Maintain accurate project documentation Contribute to improving tools, workflows, and templates Support post-campaign reviews and learnings Team Collaboration Share knowledge with PM peers and wider teams Join daily stand-ups and planning and resourcing sessions Required skills, experience and competencies The ideal candidate 4 years’ experience in project management/ production within the Entertainment and Film industry Strong internal and client-facing communication skills Confident in written and verbal communication Project tools (e.g. cost sheets, trackers and Asana an advantage) Experienced in managing budgets, reporting, and status updates Skilled in proposal writing and presenting ideas Background in marketing or creative projects with a commercial mindset Brings fresh thinking and ideas to projects Knowledgeable about social media formats (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Application Process Substance Global is striving to be a more diverse company – taking positive action to grow the diversity of our network – and our recruitment process seeks to eliminate aspects of unconscious bias.
