What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Producer with a passion for film and TV, who has experience working on entertainment campaigns. Someone who understands the creative production process and has experience supporting a team of designers, editors, video producers, and VFX artists to produce content for social media. You will take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships throughout the production lifecycle.

This is a client-facing role across multiple international markets where you will support the delivery of social creative content for key entertainment clients such as The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures International, and Amazon Prime Video. You will also assist with campaigns for other TV, streaming, and gaming clients.

Within the Studio, working alongside the other Producers you will lead the coordination and delivery of work across designers, motion designers, editors, video production, and VFX teams to produce engaging social creative and video content. We are looking for someone eager to grow, contribute new ideas, and support the team in delivering high-quality work.

You will primarily be working on pre-release theatrical film, TV, and streaming content within high content security standards. This role requires occasional work from our office, so ideally, you will live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Objectives

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Junior Producer or similar role within the entertainment industry, ideally with an agency background.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to track project timelines and provide regular progress updates.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end from briefing to final delivery.
  • Confident in making production decisions and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Experience managing budgets, scopes, and resourcing with accountability for delivery.

Client and Stakeholder Communication

  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Confident in conveying ideas and updates in both written and verbal formats.
  • Present ideas and proposals.
  • Run client calls and communications.
  • Confident leading client relationships, not just supporting them.

Creative and Design Understanding

  • Keen eye for creative detail with a willingness to learn and provide feedback on assets.
  • Interest in contributing fresh ideas to enhance projects.

Social Media and Digital Technology Knowledge

  • Understanding of key social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Interest in emerging digital technologies and trends.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and an ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Ability to read and digest studio Video delivery specs, including video production and VFX pipelines, and set up and delivery formats for creative.

Industry Passion and Enthusiasm

  • Passionate about film, TV, and streaming content.

Responsibilities

  • Produce social media content across multiple platforms, owning delivery from briefing through to final output.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project objectives and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted production partner.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and assist in implementing creative ideas.
  • Own project budgets, timelines, and scopes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
  • Lead creative reviews, ensuring work meets creative, technical, and brand standards.
  • Take accountability for project success, anticipating risks and proactively solving production challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project tracking purposes.
  • Support video production and VFX workflows, ensuring smooth communication between creative, production, and post-production teams.
