Embark on a two‑year Graduate Engineering Programme in Sutton, London and enjoy a variety of experiences which include formal global & local training sessions, on‑the‑job development, mentoring, personal development and offshore/site experience.

The scheme involves both on and off‑the‑job development, exposes graduates to a variety of engineering experiences and elements of project execution spanning through tendering, early engineering, detailed design, installation engineering to offshore execution.
Main Duties And Responsibilities Typically Include
- Under supervision, assist with production of technical documentation which may include, design calculations, analysis, reports, specifications, procedures, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd‑party submissions
- Consolidate knowledge in areas of discipline engineering, including design codes and standards, legislative requirements and current best engineering practice
- Awareness of clients' needs; address design parameters and problems; develop and implement solutions
- Participate in meetings/correspondence with Clients, subcontractors and 3rd parties in a junior capacity
