Responsibilities Will Include
- Supplier onboarding, such as trade and security compliance checks, ERP system supplier set up, etc.
- Supplier related data management; including:
- invoice matching
- obtaining missing data/documentation;
- obtaining and populating part data in the ERP system
- First point of call for obtaining data to allow order book management (delivery dates etc) including escalation into appropriate internal point of contact where necessary
Qualifications And Experience
- Experience working within a Supply Chain function and/or within an administrative environment.
- Experience working with an ERP system, such as Infor LN.
- Good communication skills on all levels, able to build relationships with stakeholders across functions.
- Willingness to support and embrace change in a fast-paced environment, comfortable developing within role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.
