Responsibilities Will Include
- Supplier onboarding, such as trade and security compliance checks, ERP system supplier set up, etc.
- Support the Supply Chain Team by completing administrative tasks.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Finance, Engineering and Production.
- Support data entry tasks in our ERP system, such as part and price set up.
- Coordinate tasks within the Supply Chain Team.
- Supplier Relationship Management, such as requesting missing documentation, Purchase Order ETAs, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working within a Supply Chain function and/or within an administrative environment.
- Good communication skills on all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to support and embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with an ERP system, such as Infor LN.
Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at Sub Sea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with UK National security clearance required for certain roles.*
