What will you be doing?
We have a need in our Sutton office for administration assitant on a temporary basis. We are offering 6-8 weeks contract.
Main duties
- Assisting with Travel bookings and coordination for Functional teams & Project Staff
- Assisting with signposting for applications for passport and visas
- Assisting with medical arrangements for visa applications and travel
- Planning and arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Arranging Meet & Greet and accommodation for visitors
- Assisting with organising events
- Assisting with other day to day general Project administration duties

Skills and Experience:
• Demonstrable experience of work in project environment
• Good IT skills – specifically MS Office
• Communicates effectively with staff at all levels
• Good organisational skills, organised, and rigorous
