Overview We are looking for a Group Reward Coordinator to join our team at our Westhill, Aberdeen or Sutton, London office on a staff basis.

The position of Group Reward Coordinator, reports to the Group Reward Specialist.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the co-ordination of Group Reward and Global Mobility activities The role will support the wider Global HR Teams and assist employees and managers where appropriate.

What will you be doing?Reward Supporting the Group Reward Specialist in the efficient co-ordination and administration of annual global reward processes, including the global annual salary review and employee incentive scheme processes.

Coordinating day to day queries from global HR teams on global reward and Mobility processes and policies ensuring delivery of an efficient, timely and accurate service to the business.

Assisting towards accurate completion of any mandatory internal and external reward and mobility reporting, including the Annual Remuneration Report and mandatory market surveys.

Maintaining all support materials for global HR teams on reward and mobility policies and processes.

Supporting Global HR teams and employees with incentive scheme related queries.

Maintaining accurate data on all external group reward and mobility provider sites.

Support management and administration of Reward and Mobility providers, subscriptions, and invoices.

Global Mobility Manage the administration of global mobility assignments in Success Factors, including assignment approvals, initiation processes, and the coordination of tax and international medical insurance support for assignees.

Administering the Group Medical scheme for Subsea7 Expats with support from External provider to ensure high standard of service to employees.

Support Global HR teams and employees with queries related to Expat Medical Scheme.

Collating and monitoring global assignment costs to provide accurate reporting for Group analysis and budgeting purposes.

Monitor the completion of mandatory mobility tasks such as tax initiations, tax transparency training and set up of modified payrolls to ensure compliance.

Support local HR teams in review of local assignment related allowances, practices and addendums.

Assist with reviewing reward and mobility processes and procedures to standardise ways of working and improve efficiency.

Support the Group Reward Specialist and Group HR Director in any specific Reward or Global Mobility related project work.

Reporting Provide support to Global HR Teams and wider business on adhoc HR reporting.

Undertake regular audits of Reward, Mobility and HR data in Success Factors to ensure accuracy.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role.

Comprehensive proficiency and knowledge in Excel, with good attention to detail and experience of building and maintaining reporting and analytics.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Share Point.

General

Education: Educated to Higher, HND or equivalent level as a minimum Demonstrates credibility and professionalism, accustomed to handling large sets of confidential and sensitive information and deliver with discretion.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and advance understanding of Reward and Global Mobility practices within the industry.

Proven ability to manage several tasks at once and ensure effective delivery of priorities.

Numeric with advanced planning and organising skills, able to deliver within multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership, whilst also able to work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders.
