Overview
In this role you will support global reward and mobility coordination, helping to deliver accurate, timely services to global HR teams. You’ll assist with annual salary reviews, incentive schemes, and mobility processes, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve efficiency, while managing external provider relationships. This is a hands-on, data-driven position that supports expatriate and local assignments and budgeting analyses.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual global reward processes (salary review, incentive schemes) and day-to-day reward queries
- Maintain reward and mobility policy materials and external provider data
- Assist in mandatory reward/mobility reporting (Annual Remuneration Report, market surveys)
- Support administration and invoicing for Reward and Mobility providers
- Manage global mobility assignments in SuccessFactors (approvals, initations) and tax/insurance support for assignees
- Administer Group Medical scheme for Subsea7 Expats with external provider
- Monitor assignment costs and provide data for Group analysis and budgeting
- Audit Reward, Mobility, and HR data in SuccessFactors for accuracy
Key requirements
- Experience in a similar HR/reward/mobility role
- Strong Excel skills and reporting/analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn Reward and Global Mobility practices
- Autonomous with initiative and collaboration skills
- Comfort working with remote/global teams and varied time zones
