We are currently recruiting experienced Patching & Lining Drainage Operatives to join our growing team. This role involves repairing defects in sewer and drainage systems and isolating faults within various pipework sections. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience using inflatable packers and a solid understanding of resin mixing and related equipment.A clean UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel across the country.Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a two-person team from our Leeds base.
- Attend sites under buildings, mainline railways, highways, and public roads to carry out defect repairs.
- Diagnose issues, carry out patching and lining works, and report findings and work completed to clients.
- Be prepared to work away from home and undertake night shifts when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in drainage repairs, specifically patching and lining.
- Skilled in operating lining equipment including robotic cutters, packers, hotboxes, and sluices.
- Confident in patch, ambient, and hot cure lining. UV lining experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Comfortable using tablets for job reporting (JobWatch or similar systems).
- Strong attention to health and safety standards.
- Good time management and a proactive attitude.
- Full clean UK driving licence is required.
Desirable:
- CSCS card
- Experience with UV lining
- Robotic cutting experience (1+ year)
