With interest in our services from regional areas, we are expanding to Tamworth so we are looking for general Occupational Therapists with NDIS experience

In the past three months our Allied Health Team of Speechies, Physio’s and OTs has grown rapidly from 9 to 20 with another 15 due to join us by the end of the year. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What We Offer
- Above award salary starting from $105k + super based on experience
- In house Supervision provided by our Snr OT ( with 10 years’ experience)
- 67% KPI Caseload
- Full time preferred, part time considered with working hours Monday to Friday ( no after hours or weekends!)

What We Are Looking For
- Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA with at least 2 years experience
- Experience in CHSP or NDIS
- Experience with outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment
- Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
- Drivers licence and access to vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).

Today, we employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 200 participants in:
- Aged Care (CHSP),
- Community Care and Accommodation (NDIS),
- Allied Health (CHSP and NDIS).
