Role Description

The Retail Store Manager at Subdued will oversee the daily operations of the store in London, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

This full-time, on-site role includes leading and coaching the store team, setting daily priorities, and monitoring sales performance.

Responsibilities include managing visual merchandising, maintaining stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and loss prevention procedures.

The Store Manager will handle customer escalations, support a high level of customer care, manage scheduling, and contribute to local marketing initiatives to grow store traffic and sales.

This role also involves regular reporting to Sales leadership and implementing brand standards consistently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager for a similar fast fashion Industry ( at least 2 years)
  • Excellent Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with Sales Leaders
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement procedures that minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Proven experience in fashion or retail management, ideally with a youth-focused or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods as required.
