Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located at Westfield Stratford, Greater London for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving store performance targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key tasks include coordinating staff schedules, training team members, implementing retail strategies, maintaining product displays, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Collaboration with the head office for reporting and inventory management will be a regular responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to effectively oversee store operations and minimize risk.
• Excellent Communication skills to motivate team members, liaise with different stakeholders, and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic team and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry, is highly desirable.
