Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Supervisor located in Westfield Stratford, Greater London. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, handling retail loss prevention measures, and supervising staff to create a positive and efficient work environment. The role also involves fostering customer satisfaction and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on addressing needs and enhancing client experiences
- Strong Communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Experience in Store Management and overseeing daily operations, including employee supervision
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention principles and practices
- Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills to manage challenges effectively
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in retail or a similar role is preferred
- A passion for fashion and familiarity with Subdued's brand aesthetic is a plus
