- Senior Engineer or
Lead Engineer level.
Senior Engineers take ownership of engineering projects and work packages.
Lead Engineers take ownership of complex multidisciplinary projects, key client accounts and engineering teams.
- The Impact You'll Make
- Deliver engineering projects from kickoff to close-out. Take responsibility for delivery and management of projects, their budgets and quality requirements.
- Manage client communication, design reviews and technical decision-making.
- Produce, check and review calculations, drawings, analyses and technical reports.
- Resolve technical and delivery challenges.
- Support and mentor Graduate and Mechanical Engineers.
- Improve engineering standards, templates, calculations and quality systems.

- Degree-qualified engineer in a relevant discipline.

- Strong capability in calculations, analysis, CAD, drawings and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of engineering design principles, design codes, materials and manufacturing methods.
- Experience working directly with clients, engineers and contractors.
- Strong communication, organisation and engineering judgement.
- Experience supporting and developing junior engineers.
- Chartered Engineer status preferred, or working towards it.
