About You
A technician who puts the customer at ease
We are seeking an individual with technical expertise, ideally acquired in the fields of electronics, electrical, refrigeration and gas industry (FGas certified or ACS Gas Safe, preferable, training will be given to the right candidate.) If you possess these skills, we are committed to supporting your training to ensure outstanding results.
In addition to your technical background, we are looking for enthusiastic team players who are eager to collaborate, innovate, and utilize their passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
To be considered for this role you will need easy access to the London area Monday to Friday, a company van will be provided, full UK Driving License essential.

- Ability to manage workload, pulling forward additional workload, where possible.
- Flexibility with daily locations, and travel, possible overnight stays needed as well.
- Ability to reassure clients with technical knowledge skills and customer service, supplying clients with peace of mind.
- Review issues prior to the visit, being prepared, ensuring the most effective outcome of the visit wherever possible.
- Offering clients and their property the highest level of care, with protective equipment laid down before work starts.
- Attend all training sessions provided whether in person or online as to the job requirements.
