Sub One is a boutique advisory with a mission to reinvent the finance function using the latest technologies enabled by process automation and AI. We help our clients identify their most critical needs and quickly formulate specific solutions so that their teams can move from a backward-facing accounting function to a forward-focused creator of strategic insights driving better decision-making and delivering real value.
We are looking for an ambitious and determined analyst, who may be a recent graduate, with a background in finance, computer science or engineering, who is looking to develop their skills to help us build real-world solutions to support our clients.
The candidate should have the following attributes:
- A strong work ethic with a positive attitude to develop into a data consultant and help us grow our practice
- A good working knowledge of databases and data tables. While SQL skills are not necessary, a good understanding of how data is manipulated and transformed using various tools such as SQL and Power BI is advantageous
- A robust knowledge of Excel and its functions to help solve data problems quickly
- Understands accounting concepts or is willing to learn fundamental accounting concepts and key finance processes typically seen in finance and accounting teams
- A positive attitude to help the team where needed across different business areas
Certifications and formal training will be beneficial. You will be working in a small but growing team where you will receive mentorship and training.
You must have a right to work in the UK as we will be unable to provide work permit sponsorship at this time.
