With extensive practical experience in data, accounting, and systems, the company aims to deliver successful finance transformations using the latest technologies.
Looking to start your career in consulting, finance, and data?
We are looking for a graduate or early-career data analyst or engineer who wants to develop into a consultant. You will start with a rigorous training and development plan and work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects. You will support finance system implementations and data-driven improvements across finance and reporting, combining analytical work with client interaction, problem-solving, and consulting delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing and validating data to support finance transformation and reporting projects
- Building data-driven solutions using Excel, with exposure to SQL and Power BI
- Supporting the implementation, testing, documentation, and data migration of finance and ERP systems
- Preparing client-ready deliverables, including reports and presentations
- Participating in client meetings and workshops, developing consulting and communication skills
About you:
- A recent graduate in finance, accounting, data engineering or a related field
- Comfortable working with data and keen to build practical, real-world experience
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical, detail-oriented mindset
- Exposure to SQL or Power BI is a plus, but not essential
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a consulting environment
- A positive team player with strong communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport with clients
What we offer:
- Competitive salary
- Structured training, mentoring, and support from experienced consultants
- Early responsibility with hands-on exposure to real client projects
- A clear career path focused on continuous learning and development
- Exposure to finance systems, data tools, and transformation projects
- A collaborative, inclusive culture where your contribution is valued
- Flexible working arrangements within a supportive, trust-based environment
