Looking to start your career in consulting, finance, and data? We are looking for a graduate or early-career data analyst or engineer who wants to develop into a consultant. You will start with a rigorous training and development plan and work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects. You will support finance system implementations and data-driven improvements across finance and reporting, combining analytical work with client interaction, problem-solving, and consulting delivery. Reports to : Consulting Manager/ Project Lead Extracting, analysing, and manipulating data to support the implementation, testing, documentation, and data migration of finance and ERP systems Breaking down complex business problems and translating them into practical data-driven Workday Financials solutions Building technical configurations in Workday and preparing client-ready deliverables, including reports, presentations, and creative data solutions Continuously building your expertise in Workday Financials through hands-on project work, training, and mentorship from experienced consultants A recent graduate in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or another related field Comfortable working with data and keen to build practical, real-world experience Strong Excel skills and an analytical, detail-oriented mindset Exposure to SQL or Power BI is a plus, but not essential Competitive salary Structured training, mentoring, and support from experienced consultants Early responsibility with hands-on exposure to real client projects A clear career path focused on continuous learning and development Exposure to finance systems, data tools, and transformation projects Flexible working arrangements within a supportive, trust-based environment
