Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 3:15 PM – 5.30 PM (Term Time Only plus Sept INSET Days)
Contract: Permanent Contract.
Location: All Saints CE Academy, Denstone.

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wraparound Club Playworker to support the delivery of our after‑school provision. This role is ideal for someone who is organised and enjoys working with children in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising children in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
- Supporting with the planning and overseeing of enrichment and recreational activities
- Acting as a key holder, opening and securing the setting as required
- Assisting with the completion and maintenance of risk assessments
- Ensuring the welfare and safety of all children at all times
- Supporting personal care needs, including changing nappies as required
Requirements
- Paediatric First Aid trained – or willing to complete training
- Experience working with children in a similar setting is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Level 1 Safeguarding trained – or willing to complete training
This is a term-time only role with working hours of 3:15 PM – 5.30 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
