We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to support the effectiveness and scalability of our product function. This role plays a key part in ensuring that product management processes, tools, and communications run smoothly across teams. It is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to product operations, delivery workflows, and cross-functional collaboration within a RegTech environment.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to support product processes, facilitate delivery, and ensure visibility across product activities and priorities.

Requirements- Product Operations & Process
- Assist in defining and documenting key product management processes and workflows
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of product operations processes across teams
- Help build and maintain product monitoring and reporting tools (e.g. dashboards, tracking systems)
- Product Support & Backlog Management
- Help collect, organise, and triage feature requests from internal teams and customers
- Support backlog management by ensuring requests are clearly defined and progress through the development lifecycle
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the Product Handbook to reflect current processes and product changes
- Product Delivery & Coordination
- Assist in tracking feature development progress and maintaining clear documentation for stakeholders
- Support the planning and coordination of product delivery activities
- Assist in gathering and structuring feature requirements (e.g. user stories, inputs from design discussions)
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Support continuous monitoring of product activities, including past development work, ongoing initiatives, and upcoming roadmap items
- Help track short-term roadmap plans and provide visibility across product teams
- Assist in maintaining oversight of team activities across different product areas
- Communication & Enablement
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal product communications, including the Product Newsletter
- Support the preparation of roadmap presentations and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure consistent communication of product progress
- 1–2 years’ experience in product operations, business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with structured processes, documentation, and tracking tools
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Strong written skills for documentation and internal communications

Desirable- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with product tools and documentation practices
- Basic data analysis or reporting experience
- Good coordination and project management skills
- Degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
- Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar collaboration tool
- Data visualisation or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
- Product documentation and workflow tools
- Highly organised with a structured approach to work
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple teams
