Our Graduate Customer Success role is key on continuing providing a world-class customer service. We are looking for ambitious graduates (or recent graduates) with skills who are excited about working on projects which are transforming the regulatory reporting landscape. You don't need to have prior work experience. This role is based in London and you will be expected to be in the office most days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Salary £35k
What You Will Learn
- As part of the Customer Support Team, you will be an integral part of the client post-sale experience and be the first line of contact with our clients, solving their information queries and providing workarounds when necessary.
- Redirect suspected bugs and provide our product teams with comprehensive information to facilitate a rapid resolution.
- Maintain the knowledge base of common problems, Q&A and recommendations.
Requirements
- Curious, analytical, and keen to learn about fintech and regulatory technology.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in solving real-world problems for clients.
- Familiar with tools like Excel or SQL (bonus if you've worked with support or ticketing tools like Zendesk or Jira).
- Excellent English verbal/listening and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
- Detail oriented and willing to dig into the nitty-gritty of an issue. You're the sort of person who's not afraid of a challenge and can keep pushing forward to drive an issue to completion.
