As demand for high‑impact, behaviour‑changing learning grows, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our UK team and introduce our powerful platform to HR and L&D teams across the UK, and fuel Suada’s next stage of growth.

About the Role

You will prospect, qualify, run tailored demos, manage opportunities, and close deals with HR and L&D stakeholders who want more than box‑ticking training. Whether you’re speaking with HR Directors, Learning & Development Managers, or Talent Leads, you’ll be introducing a platform that stands out in a crowded EdTech market – driving real impact, measurable retention, and significant performance improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Full Ownership of the Sales Cycle
    • Lead the complete sales process from outreach to closed‑won.
    • Run discovery calls, tailored demos, solution scoping, proposals and negotiations.
    • Identify growth opportunities across organisations of all sizes.
    • Prospect into HR, L&D, Talent and Training leaders using email, LinkedIn, social selling and calls.
    • Engage inbound leads quickly and effectively.
    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with diverse account types.
  • Demonstrations & Consultative Selling
    • Deliver compelling demos focused on HR and L&D use cases.
    • Communicate the strategic value of active learning and our teach‑back methodology.
    • Quantify business outcomes around engagement, skills development and performance.
  • Account Management & Forecasting
    • Create structured account plans to progress opportunities.
    • Work with leadership to refine messaging, positioning and sales strategy.
    • Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and events.
    • Share market insights to inform product roadmap.
    • Support seamless handovers to Customer Success.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS full‑cycle sales.
  • Experience selling into HR, L&D, Talent or People functions, or strong interest in EdTech/HRTech.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Skills

  • Confident communicator and strong product demonstrator.
  • Skilled in value‑based, consultative sales.
  • Able to self‑generate pipeline and work autonomously.
