We are looking for a Systems & Integrations Analyst to take ownership and improve our NetSuite environment and wider systems infrastructure, bringing structure, clarity, and reliability to the business.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role responsible for owning and running our core systems, with NetSuite at the centre. You will work across our eCommerce, fulfilment, and finance stack, focusing on stabilising systems, resolving issues, and ensuring processes are followed correctly across the business. This role is about getting the fundamentals right, keeping systems running smoothly, and supporting the business day‑to‑day.

- Manage and monitor system integrations (Shopify, fulfilment, CX tools, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and API issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure core processes are followed correctly across teams
- Identify and fix gaps or inefficiencies in existing workflows
- Support ongoing system improvements where needed (not over‑engineering)
- Work closely with Ops, Finance, and Digital teams
- Work alongside external partners where required
- Practical, hands‑on approach with a focus on execution over theory
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite
- Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs
- Experience with eCommerce (Shopify / Amazon)
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment (startup/scale‑up preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving and process mindset
Bonus
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG
- Experience with Amazon integrations
- Experience in improving workflows or supporting system optimisation
What Success Looks Like
- Systems are stable, reliable, and working as expected
- Integrations run smoothly with minimal errors
