Styles Precision Ltd are looking for an Operations Controller to help keep production and supply running smoothly at our Hartlebury site.
We are a well-established subcontract engineering business and due to continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Controller to join the team and take ownership of job flow through the business.
Our site is based on Hartlebury Trading Estate, with its own train station and easy access from surrounding areas.
The role This is a key position within the business where you will sit between customers, suppliers, and production, making sure everything runs smoothly from order through to delivery.
It is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, keeping things moving, and dealing with issues before they become problems.
