Hold an NVQ Hairdressing Level 2 qualification

As Part of Your Role, You Will

• Deliver outstanding hair services to our clients
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele
• Collaborate with our team to create an inviting salon experience
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
• Carry out all trained Hairdressing services to required standards, adhering to specific treatment times
• Provide professional advice to clients, promoting available treatments, and our hair care & styling range both face to face and over the telephone
• using the computer booking system for scheduling customer appointments
• Attend any necessary training courses and stay up to date with developments related to product ranges and new treatments and services
• Maximize appointments by efficiently managing your column, meeting individual targets, and ensuring client rebooking figures align with company standards
