Stylefront London Ltd are seeking an experienced ganger to oversee a gang on various civil engineering projects in the Portland, Weymouth area. The ganger would need to have previous experience in water, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils.
The successful candidate will be managing staff on site, ensuring delivery of project on time and budget, developing relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, and ensuring health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely.
We are also seeking dedicated and hardworking groundworkers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to groundwork, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on site.
