Style Café is a long-standing importer of espresso machines, grinders, and milk coolers, and the exclusive UK distributor of Biepi espresso machines and grinders. With over 30 years in the coffee industry, we are a family-run business that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on supplying reliable equipment alongside exceptional service. We focus on building long‑term relationships with our partners, offering not just equipment, but full support including installation, maintenance, and ongoing technical assistance to ensure great coffee is served every day.
We are now looking for an experienced Espresso Machine Technician to manage daily installation, maintenance, and servicing requirements. This role involves working with a range of commercial beverage equipment, ensuring all machines are installed, maintained, and operating to the highest standard. Experience in refrigeration would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and setup of commercial espresso machines and grinders at customer sites
- Preparation of espresso machines and coffee grinders ready for despatch
- Routine maintenance and servicing both on‑site and within a 2‑hour radius of the company office and workshop
- Coordinating service calls and installations with subcontractor partners across the UK
- Diagnosing and repairing espresso machines and grinders
- Providing technical support to customers via phone and email
- Managing spare parts inventory and liaising with suppliers
- Collaborating with manufacturing partners in Italy
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports
- Delivering excellent customer service and technical advice
- Hands‑on experience with espresso machines is essential
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of plumbing
- Basic IT skills
- Health and safety awareness when handling equipment
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional early starts or later finishes
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to support other departments when needed

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
A full UK driving licence is essential. A company van will be provided during working hours.
