Style Acre supports people with learning disabilities and autism throughout Oxfordshire and we are looking for incredible, caring and patient people to join our brilliant team and make a difference to the lives of people we support. Full and part-time roles are available.

Style Acre is an Oxfordshire-based, award-winning and forward-looking charity. We have over 35 supported living households, 3 community day hubs and a successful work programme, supporting more than 250 people.

Floating Support Workers are the charities first port of call for shift cover across the charity. You will enjoy all the same benefits as one of our contracted Support Workers but with the expectation to travel where you are needed most at short notice, with an enhanced rate to compensate. Your hours will be agreed in advance however your location of work may change. If you are required to travel outside of a 10 mile radius of your home address, you will be entitled to claim expenses for travel.

The roaming nature of your role means every day is different providing an array of personal development opportunities every time you arrive for your shift. (We do not offer sponsorship)

Essential Skills/Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Support Worker within the learning disabilities sector
  • A clean UK drivers license
