We're looking for a Support Manager to lead and develop our supported living services, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, meaningful and increasingly independent lives.

About the role
As Support Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of a group of supported living services. Working closely with our Operations Managers, Operations Director and wider management team, you'll ensure our services are safe, effective, person-centred and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
