THE ROLE
STV Creative has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graphic Designer to join our award-winning team. If you are passionate about graphic design, visual communication and advertising, this is where to do it. The Creative team deliver razor sharp, multiplatform creative campaigns for external clients that cut through and help them stand out in the Scottish marketplace. Experts in STV, we use our insider product knowledge to help clients harness the power of our platforms and get results. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to flex their design skills, work with experienced creatives and create exciting, dynamic visuals for clients of Scotland’s biggest commercial TV channel and STV’s Commercial team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and direct on-screen graphics and typography for broadcast and digital advertising campaigns, in collaboration with creatives.
- Create digital and print deliverables as part of multiplatform advertising campaigns.
- Create graphics and layouts for sales collateral and pitches, social media assets and showreels.
- Develop and create mock-ups, storyboards and visual solutions to enhance creative pitches and help bring creative ideas to life for advertisers and collaborators.
- Work with and collaborate with Creatives to direct external Motion Designers, Illustrators, Animators, 3D Designers, Printers and other suppliers as projects require.
- Assist in any other aspect of the work of the company as reasonably required.
