We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join STV on a 12-month fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave. This is an ideal opportunity for a Marketing graduate looking to build a strong foundation in marketing with one of Scotland's biggest brands within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the marketing team across a variety of multi-platform campaigns whilst helping us provide great customer service through our audience enquiries function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key partners such as Sky, Amazon, and Virgin, maximising promotional opportunities for STV.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to coordinate and deliver creative campaign assets.
- Assist in the monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of partnership marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Support the audience enquiries function by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving cases promptly and professionally.
- Assist the Marketing team with ad hoc campaigns and projects across multiple platforms, including TV, email, push notifications and social media.
- Assist in any other aspect of the work of the Company as reasonably required.
- Previous related experience gained within a Marketing environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships, present findings and make recommendations to colleagues and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and use own initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- A positive and proactive attitude to manage a high volume of work and conflicting priorities calmly and effectively.
- Degree qualified or equivalent in either a Business or Marketing related discipline.
