Sturgess Mortgage Solutions — one of South Wales\’ most trusted, independent brokers — is looking for a fully CeMAP qualified individual to join our growing team as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
No experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, professional, and ready to kick-start a career in financial services, we’ll provide the support, leads, and tools to help you succeed — without cold-calling or pushy targets.
What You’ll Do
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
- Handle inbound leads from clients, introducers, and marketing campaigns
- Deliver outstanding customer service and clear, ethical advice
- Liaise with our support team to ensure smooth processing of applications
- Maintain high compliance standards and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
- CeMAP-qualified or equivalent
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and thrive in a supportive team environment
- Background in customer service or property sector is a bonus
