As a Senior Partnerships Director for the UKI region, you will be the link between our millions of users and Higher Education providers. For this challenge, you bring along substantial experience within the Higher Education industry. You see opportunities when they arise and do not give up until you reach your goals. You feel comfortable speaking with prominent university representatives (e.g PVCs, International Directors) and are excited about helping our clients to reach their ambitious goals.

What you will be doing:
- Connecting with top universities to help them diversify and grow their international student body, as well as providing them challenging insights on international student mobility and ways to grow quality and retention of their international cohort.
- Multi-level business development with a focus on connecting and building trust with the board and Decision-making units of top institutions resulting in multi-year partnerships.
- Supporting the wider UKI team achieve their targets alongside managing and growing your own individual accounts.
- Proactively developing new clients, by using referrals and networking as well as reaching out directly.
- Optimizing the complete commercial cycle: from lead generation, attending and scheduling (face-to-face & virtual) meetings up to contract negotiations evaluation.
- Reporting directly to the UKI/EMEA Business Unit Director.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of proven commercial record of accomplishments within the Higher Education industry.
- A strong and sustained track record of delivering on and surpassing targets.
- Strong network of senior contacts within universities within the UKI region.
- Positive and self-disciplined high achiever with a sense of urgency and organization.
- Experience of client and market share orientation; and being committed to creating client value in the long term.
