Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and outbound acquisition to negotiation and closing, while building a strong, repeatable pipeline.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor to university stakeholders, providing tailored solutions that align with their student recruitment goals and challenges.
- Proactively identify new markets and opportunities to expand Uni-Life’s international reach, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent Uni-Life as a thought leader at international conferences, events, and meetings, showcasing our innovative approach to student engagement and recruitment.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, pipeline metrics, and client acquisition goals.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years sales experience ideally within the international higher education sector.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently while achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
- Large personal network of university staff with job titles related to International Recruitment, Marketing Managers, Student Recruitment and/or similar.
- Demonstrated success in student recruitment/marketing, with experience closing deals involving universities or similar buyer personas.
- Strong in consultative selling.
- Experience in product sales is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and tools for outbound outreach (e.g. Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is highly desirable.
- International experience (study, work, or collaborations) is essential.
- Flexibility to travel internationally 5–10 times per year for conferences.
