We’re delighted to announce an opening for a 1-year fixed term contract for a Client Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team delivering exceptional service to our university clients in the UK and Ireland. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding these valued partnerships. You will have the exciting opportunity to interface with some of the world's finest universities, ensuring their student recruitment needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Main duties

  • The role is responsible for the overall management and development of relationships with a defined portfolio of universities and higher education institutions in the UK and Ireland, encompassing both commercial and service delivery aspects.
  • You will track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities and use these insights to identify opportunities for selling solutions and services that support each institution’s objectives.
  • You will also ensure a consistently high level of service, working closely with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • The role incorporates:
  • Client relationship management. As the main representative of StudyIn for a designated number of universities, you will maintain a close oversight of the development and conversion of the pipeline of new students, working closely with the global network of StudyIn branch offices. You will be responsible for agreeing commercial terms and incentives with each university as well as identifying and driving opportunities to promote and sell digital marketing and other value-added services. You will also play a key role in sourcing client feedback and insights that will inform the further development of valued marketing services provided by StudyIn to universities.
  • Account planning and strategy. To drive client success, you will understand and agree objectives for priority source markets, recruitment and marketing channels, promotional campaigns, and the overall international enrolment strategy.
  • Performance management. You will provide regular reports to clients on key metrics, including the progress of each institution’s enrolment pipeline, and the impact of specific marketing campaigns.
  • Business development. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new higher education clients.
  • Client advocacy. You will represent client interests within StudyIn and provide feedback to internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
