Based in London, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the UK-based counselling and commercial teams and oversee the development of the marketing team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Market Research & Localisation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies that resonate with the local audience. Collaborate with the central marketing team to adapt and localise global performance campaigns for UK, ensuring both brand alignment and maximum ROI.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute content and communication strategies specifically designed to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Own the marketing lead funnel from top to bottom—optimising lead capture, nurturing, and qualification to ensure consistent conversion rates from lead to MQL, resulting in sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, including cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Use data and analytics to pinpoint underperforming areas, rapidly pivot tactics, and drive continual improvement across channels.
- Campaign Optimisation: Conduct ongoing A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine messaging, creative assets, and targeting parameters. Manage budgets effectively, allocating spend based on real-time performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Event Marketing: Increase event registrations and attendance by creating targeted promotional campaigns, focusing on lead capture and conversion opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and manage educational fairs in UK—ensuring an optimal number of exhibitors and participants, while seeking opportunities to strengthen the lead pipeline.
- Continuous Improvement & Strategy: Evaluate the impact of marketing strategies, identifying and recommending data-driven optimisations. Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage digital marketing best practices that enhance brand presence and drive measurable growth in market share.
Knowledge and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
