We’re delighted to announce an opening for a 1-year fixed term contract for a Client Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team delivering exceptional service to our university clients in the UK and Ireland. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding these valued partnerships. Main duties:
- The role is responsible for the overall management and development of relationships with a defined portfolio of universities and higher education institutions in the UK and Ireland, encompassing both commercial and service delivery aspects.
- You will track industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities and use these insights to identify opportunities for selling solutions and services that support each institution’s objectives.
- You will also ensure a consistently high level of service, working closely with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships.
- The role incorporates client relationship management, account planning and strategy, performance management, business development, and client advocacy.
