We strive to be a diverse and supportive company, with an inclusive approach where we share ideas and learn from each other. We all work remotely, communicate closely online, and meet up regularly for social events. About This Role Studybugs is looking for new motivated, energetic team members to join our burgeoning schools consulting team, responsible for schools across the UK. With school absenteeism at an all-time high, we need your help to keep up with demand. Our schools consultants are key to building trusting relationships with schools – meeting and speaking with school staff, learning about their challenges, gathering feedback and ideas, and helping shape our products around their needs for maximum impact. Your responsibilities will include working within our schools team to advise schools on attendance improvement, engage decision makers, conduct meetings online (and occasionally in person), demonstrate the platform, gather feedback and secure sales. You will also work closely with the product, marketing and support teams to keep our products aligned with schools’ needs. You’ll need to be a confident and clear communicator, both over the phone and in writing, and be empathetic to schools’ needs. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with schools or local authorities. Our close-knit team will give you all the support you need and there’s ample scope to exceed your targets; all team members have beaten their earnings targets over the past 12 months and we expect this to continue. There’s also opportunity for the role to grow with the company as our team expands. If you think you’d be a good fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you.
