Who We Need:We are looking forpassionate and dedicated educatorswho are committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. If you have experience working with students with SEND,a patient and adaptive teaching style, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences, we would love to hear from you.

We welcome applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds, including:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
  • SEN Specialists
  • Tutors with experience in working with students with additional needs
  • Education professionals with experience in mental health, youth work, or pastoral support

The Role:As a1:1 SEND Tutor, you will:

  • Providetailored tuition sessionsto students who require additional support.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit individuallearning styles and needs.
  • Deliver sessions in-person or online, ensuring asafe and engaging environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Work closely with families, schools, and local authorities to ensure effective support.
  • Implement safeguarding practices and ensure student well-being.

  • A commitment tosafeguarding and promoting child welfare.

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • Specialist knowledge ofautism, ADHD, dyslexia, PDA, SEMH, or other additional needs.
  • Experience withEHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle (for in-person tuition).
