*Salary:* £12.38 per hour
*Contract Type:* Permanent
*Hours:* 25 hours per week
*Working Pattern: *Monday – Friday, 09.30am – 14.30pm
\\*In September you must be available to work 6 days a week from 9.00am – 17.00pm, including the weekends as this is our known busy period\\*

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Cleaning our student’s rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
* Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our students.
* Maintaining student welfare.
* Reporting on daily and weekly tasks.
* Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise.
* Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager.
*WHAT YOU’LL NEED:*
* At least 1 year experience in a Housekeeper/Room Attendant role.
* A real passion for housekeeping and a fine eye for detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
* Fluent in another language (not essential, but would be an advantage).
* An impeccable presentation.
* An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
* All candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK to be considered.
*Unfortunately we do not consider students for this position and you must be over the age of 18 to be considered.*
