The program will combine intensive structured classroom learning with hands-on rotations across key functions, practical experience, and a strong foundation for leadership growth.

- Education: Degree in any discipline
- Experience: 0-3 years post-NYSC
- Minimum Grade: First Class/Second Class Upper Division
- Age Range: 20-27 years
